Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • A completed booking form and full payment are required to secure your child’s place.

  • Payment details are provided upon form submission. Places are not confirmed until payment is received in full.

  • Camp places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds will only be issued if the camp is cancelled by Selby Allstars.

  • If you need to cancel your child’s place, please notify us as soon as possible. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for cancellations due to illness or change of plans.

  • In exceptional circumstances (e.g. injury with medical note), a partial credit may be offered toward a future camp or class.

3. Camp Information

  • Camp is suitable for children aged 5–15.

  • Children must bring a drink, snack, and wear comfortable clothing with trainers or dance shoes.

  • If your child has any medical, behavioural or additional support needs, this must be disclosed on the booking form.

4. Supervision & Safety

  • Selby Allstars ensures that all staff are DBS checked and experienced in working with children.

  • We operate a safe, inclusive and positive environment at all times.

  • Please collect your child promptly at the end of each camp day. Late collection may result in an additional charge.

5. Photography & Social Media

  • We may take photographs or videos during the camp for promotional purposes (e.g. social media, website).
    If you do not consent to this, please indicate clearly on your booking form.

6. Performances

  • There will be an informal showcase at the end of camp for parents/guardians to attend.

  • Campers will also be offered the chance to take part in external performance opportunities — details will be shared in advance and participation is optional.

7. Code of Conduct

  • All children are expected to behave respectfully and follow instructions from camp staff.

  • We reserve the right to contact parents if a child’s behaviour disrupts the safety or experience of others.

  • Bullying or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.
